Terms of Service

The "Property" mentioned herein, is in reference to any and all items including and not limited to : any and all yurt structures, architectural elements, furniture, appliances, textiles, fabrics, hardware, decorations and equipment.  The "Lessor" mentioned herein is Burner Yurts.  The "Lessee" mentioned herein is the individual who's name, payment and contact information are listed in the 'Check-Out' transaction.

Conditions under which the property is rented, for the purposes of this agreement, references the yurt structure rented and any and all related equipment, architectural elements, furniture, appliances, textiles, fabrics, hardware, decorations and equipment in connection therewith specified in this document.

All property is used at the Lessee's own risk.  Lessor shall not be liable to Lessee for any liability, loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by through the use of the Property, by any inadequacy therefor or defect therein, or by any incident in connection therewith.

Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lessor from and against any and all liabilities, losses, claims, damages, demands and expenses, including attorney's fees, court costs and other legal expenses, arising from the Lessee's use, maintenance and operation of the Property.

Lessee shall exercise due care in use of the Property.  Lessee shall further keep the Property in good repair and in a condition equivalent in a respects to the condition the Property was in when it was received by Lessee.

Lessee hereby assumes all risk of loss or of damage to the Property, or any portion thereof, from any cause and agrees to reimburse Lessor for any such loss or damage.

Lessee will fully comply with all laws, ordinances and regulations relating to the possession and use of the Property.

This agreement is a lease only, and Lessee shall not hereby acquire any right, title or interest in or to the Property herein leased other than that of the lessee.

The Lessee hereby agrees to the terms of the Refundable Rental Security Deposit listed as such: "All Rentals require a security deposit that is fully refundable minus any damages or violations of the Terms of Service.

Damage & Terms of Service Costs:

  • Small holes (dime-size or smaller) on silver walls: $0

  • Small holes on painted door or painted interior: $15 / hole

  • Large holes anywhere: $45 / hole

  • Other Structural Damage (doors, AC inlets, etc.): $50 - $250

  • Paint Damage : $50 / damaged location

  • Trash left behind in yurt: $200 - $400

This lease shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California.
